No accountability for their product
We have been customers of Lawn Pride for a few years and they have been amazing. Since they have been treating our yard there has been a huge difference. We kept having an odd weed pop up every year in the middle of our yard that looked like corn. We tried everything on our own and began thinking the treatments weren't working. Last summer my husband called Lawn Pride to cancel our service and spoke with Susan. She sent someone out right away. Called to set up services, but they refused to come out. Gave quote off of Google maps, and would only accept CC for auto pay over the phone. When I told them I was uncomfortable giving it out over the phone. He (David) became very curt and quickly ended the call. Going online, I see they have an online payment option but he told me when I asked for a secure site, that they didn't have one. It just felt very off.

Lawn Pride is a local lawn srevices provider that I have used to fertilize my lawn. In my experience they are sveral timnes better with regard to results. Aslo their people and service are the best in the industry.
One of my plants was damaged the last time they were here. They came out and gave me credit for the application. I didn't expect that. My yard looks 100% better since I've been with you so I"m pleased. I'd say you went beyond today. Thank you again
I just watched Lawn Pride’s technician Alexander Verbarg treat my lawn and I’ve never seen anyone pay so much attention to detail as he did today. We’ve been using Lawn Pride for almost 10 years and we’ve been satisfied with their work but glad to see that Alexander was on the job today and looking forward to a green “weed free” lawn this Spring and all Summer long.
