They have done a fabulous job on my lawn.
I reluctantly recommend Lawn Pride to others. The service is great and made my lawn look really nice which is what it is supposed to do but the customer service needs upgraded. We had one guy come to our house for the first 3 applications and he was great, always called ahead of time. I was able to come home from work put the dogs in and be on my way. Their service is horrible. They will call on the telephone and harass you!
This is our first year using Lawn Pride and we are pleased with the service they provide. I recently over seeded my yard and before I had time to call and let Lawn Pride know the technician showed up and noticed it after his pre application check so he didn’t use weed control just fertilized. Good catch.
After a couple of recent applications where the tech used the ride-on machine which left huge gouges in the yard, I asked they please use the push applicator in the future. Today, I received another gouging from their tech. Lawn Pride has been good to work with in the past, but this year has been awful. Dropped them today.
They are fast, affordable, courteous, and save me so much time energy and frustration. I love them!
My wife and I have used other lawn care companies, but none have compared to Lawn Pride. Everyone and I do mean everyone from the women that answer the phones to the guys and gals that do the service to the lawn and trees are the best, most friendly group in the world. I have used them for a few years only to get summer patch every year, likely due to excessive use of nitrogen. Then they only look to charge additional for the services to repair. My yard looks terrible and would not recommend their service. Only concerned about up-selling on additional services.
