Absolutely awesome! Had fried chicken with mashed potatoes with mac and cheese. Very good.
RecommendedBest Collard Greens in the Queen City. Fried chicken is always on point.
First Time I been here was yesterday. My mom wanted some soul food for her 9 year anniversary with her friend. I decided to take them here because we never been before. It was good the staff were so nice and friendly.I will definitely be back.The pork chops were everything... The collards were amazing corn bread on point and the Mac & Cheese was just like grandma’s.To top that off my upside pineapple cake was heaven.
I went Easter and the buffet was GREAT ! The turkey was delicious
Very disappointed in the quality of the food. $52 and .99 cent worth or garbage ordered. I don’t know who was cooking...but their skills need to be evaluated. Hard, dry, burnt salmon patties. Bland baked macaroni and cheese that only had cheese on the top and bottom nothing in the middle but cold noodles. Store bought rolls. This is not a soul food restaurant at all. I was actually embarrassed because I told someone how great the restaurant was and they received some rushed tasteless food! Never again...

It’s a hit or miss. Guess it depends on the cook Sometimes the food is good and like tonight my food wasn’t good at all.
