I put in several orders on Pink Friday & have received half of them. I think the communication & customer service has been absolutely impeccable considering the popularity of the sale! I received very fast responses with every question I had through the customer service email & have received adequate updates on my other orders that I haven't received yet. I will be coming back for many gifts in the future & am so impressed with the professionalism & customer service from you all! Y'all are truly amazing!!!
So disappointed in this Brand! Was told that my order would ship within 10 days, it has been 20. I have tried contacting them 5 separate times and have heard NOTHING BACK. Very let down because the brand has been wonderful before, but I will not return after such horrible customer service. I understand the business, but they had to have known what to expect. It's not right to leave customers hanging like this for weeks without responding to any concerns!
