I love Lauren James. The customer service has always been so helpful and the quality of their clothes are incredible. I am definitely a returning customer.
First time with this brand and to say I am let down does not adequately describe what is going on. Day 15 of waiting for an order placed during the sale. Called the customer service number and left 2 messages that have yet to be returned with regards to my order. Sent an email and got a generic response that said it could take up to 48 hours to get an response. This has been a horrible experience, made a purchase and it still hasn't been shipped. No idea when it will ship. I initially got a response that they were overwhelmed, but now they aren't even responding.

DEFINITELY recommend LJ! Long story short, my dress hadn't even shipped yet due to a sale and I needed it in about 24 hours to a completely different address... so, they overnighted it to get it to me on time. ABSOLUTE BEST customer service. Thank you so much for being so wonderful
You tell me that you can charge my credit card and 18 days later, when we inquire as to why we do not have our order, you tell us it will be another 8 - 10 days? That is unacceptable lack of service. It should not take up to 28 days for you to even ship an order. when calling their number for assistance, the one person who can help has a mailbox that is full so you can't even leave a message. Terrible
