I have only received one item from my order, and the rest of my items say "preparing for shipment." I didn't receive shipment/tracking info for the one item I received until AFTER I received it, so I'm not hopeful that I'll get that information at all. I think it's highly unprofessional that you are sending things out of order to people who ordered after other people. Your lack of response to your customers is also very unprofessional. I placed an order with them on May 14th using my debit card. They charged my debit card the same day. After trying to contact them numerous times by phone, email and chat I finally got a hold of someone. It had been almost 4 weeks and they said it would be a couple more weeks before it shipped. I told them to cancel my order and refund my card, this was on June 10th, over a week ago. I still have not got a refund and cannot get in touch with anyone. I will never order from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I ordered during the Pink Friday sale, the morning of June 30. I received an email stating that it would take 7-10 business days for my order to ship due to high volume. I expected some delay due to the sale, so I was fine with waiting. I started to see on Facebook that other people were being refunded for out of stock items. That's a HUGE problem with their inventory system that really needs to be addressed. On July 18, I got my first refund notification. I waited over a month for two items that I exchanged only to be returned two different items. I also waited a month to receive an order as well. The products are awesome but the customer service is not up to standard or the inventory management system.Also, the items that I was supposed to be returned are still in stock on the website, so I have no idea why I was returned the wrong items.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I sent a return back a month ago. Not only have I not received my refund, I have not heard one word from them. I have called multiple times with no answer, emailed with no answer. Not ok. I expected much more from a high priced brand! It will take a lot for me to ever shop with you again. Please process my refund ASAP.

I, like others on here, ordered during the pink Friday sale and have emailed the company and have not received a response. Which I find funny because they have time to go to events and post them to their Instagram story but not see to the needs of their many angry costumers. I had such high hopes for this company and now I will NEVER order from them again and I want a full refund for my order! The Pink Sale dilemma wasn't the greatest to deal with BUT it was worth it in the end � I always get anxious when I put an order in with Lauren James. All her pieces are so adorable yet classy � perfection�
