I should have read the reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a Halloween shirt on October 9th after being told it would be delivered the week of the 19th. Here it is the 26th and I still don’t not have my shirt. It shows in the Lauren James website that it is in my city. However, when I called my local post office they do not have it. USPS site shows it is in transit and has been in transit since the 14th. I contacted Lauren James only to be told it was out for delivery the 20th. So I placed my order (#291868) on May 14th. On June 18th, I received an email saying that my shipment was on the way - without tracking info. On June 23rd, I received another email saying that I was getting a refund for 2/5 items as you weren’t able to fully fill it. On July 9, I still had not received my items - nor had I been responded to after multiple emails, a Facebook DM or calls. I’ve waited 2 months just to get an email telling me they can’t ship what I ordered because quantities were limited. I love the stuff I’ve gotten in the past but I’m very disappointed.

I, like many others, placed an order in May. I have not received my items, but they had no problems taking my money. I have emailed more than 10 times and called leaving my contact information more than a dozen times. Still no response..... I simply want my items or my money back. From the reviews I have read, I am going to have to contact my bank and report this as a fraudulent charge!

I placed an order in may, emailed twice, called three times with no answer to any voicemails or emails. no refund was issued and its july 23rd... Do NOT buy from this store. a complete scam.

I haven't been on Facebook in months but signed back on just to tell everyone that this company is TERRIBLE and to not order from them. As they don't respond to customer emails or phone calls/voicemails, this may be the only way to communicate with them. I ordered back on May 17th. They charged me immediately. It's now July 22nd, and I can't get them to return an email or phone call telling me where my order is. I've asked four times for them to cancel the order, and at this point, am disputing the charge with my credit card... read more

I placed an order and got 4 out of 6 items although I was charged for all 6. In addition the invoice shows I got 5 items but did not. I have called and emailed multiple times and have gotten zero response. I will never order again.

It’s hard for me not to recommend LJ but I ordered in May and have been fighting to get in contact with someone about the order status. I’ve loved all the stuff I got from here in the past but I just want to cancel my order now. I’m very disappointed.

You need to issue refunds when you don't ship items. I have been trying to get my money back for a month. This is ridiculous.
