My first time ordering with this company was unexpected, only because of the issues encountered due to COVID along with issues they have with third parties they work with. 8 weeks and nothing !!! No order update and no responses to the 10 emails / messages I have sent . Delay is one thing but this is ridiculous. Don’t say 2-3 weeks if it’s not the truth . You had no problem taking the $134 as soon as I ordered, yet you can’t be bothered to respond . I’m hoping I get a response soon or I will be reporting this charge as fraudulent .

I have had the worst experience ordering with this company. I have left emails for weeks no reply. Live chats no reply. Left phone messages no reply. Finally- I spoke to someone who would answer the phone in Wholesale and she let me know they have 1 person working this entire customer service and over 3500 emails to read. What in this world! Because I placed $108 on May 26 and still haven’t received my order and they will not answer my email or messages. Prior to this order I loved it. A lady I work with order the same time and hasn’t received her order either.😡😡
Placed and order on June 10th. it is now June 26th and items still have not been shipped even though my credit card was charged promptly. I have called emailed and sent messages with no response whatsoever. Horrible customer service!
I placed an order on May 17th and my order has not shipped. I have sent message after message requesting a refund but no reply. No one answers the phones or messages.
Over a month later I’m still missing parts of my order.
