I ordered on pink Friday and I have emailed multiple times. I have even called and left messages and wrote on fb and I have not received a response. I need to exchange an item for a different size and time is running out!!! I have till the 10th. I would really like to not be stuck with something I can't wear. I've ordered from here several years and this is the first time I have waited almost a month for my order. The first arrived and items were unfulfilled and returned. Now waiting in my second order. My sister in laws order both arrived with a week of her ordering. Will never order during a sale again.

Until recently I have been a big LJ fan and made several purchases from them. I placed an order a few weeks ago during the Pink Friday sale and I didn't not receive an item I purchased in my order. I have emailed the company 3 times since 7/15/17 and made several phone calls to the customer center with no luck (nobody answers and the voicemail box is full). I have since filed a claim with pay pal against the company and I still haven't received a response.

I ordered during the Pink Friday sale. I ended up waiting 26 days to get my order, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was worth the wait! The jacket I ordered is high quality, waterproof, and has a soft fleece lining. All of the t-shirts are thin enough to be cool and breathable but not see-through. (y'all know how frustrating it is to have to buy a tank top to wear with a t-shirt!) The long sleeve shirt I got is great for fall in the South because it is not too heavy.
