I normally do not post on social media when I have a problem but in my situation I feel it is the only choice I have. I received my shipment on July 13th. I immediately called the customer service line due to I did not receive 2 items in my order. NOBODY answered and it went to voicemail. I immediately sent an email stating my problem with my order. I have still not received a response from the company. I even sent another email...I was charged for these items! I am very disappointed and expected more from this company..
