So I have a lot to say about this whole ordeal. I ordered during the Pink Friday sale, where I of course expected to wait longer for my items. NEVER did I ever expect to wait almost an entire month for them. The only way this company would respond to me was through facebook messenger. Yes, they answered the questions that I sent them there, but I am fully thrown off that I had to reach out to them more than once just to find out that the wait time was extended even more. I ordered a planner in Gold Tulip Print from the company 2 weeks ago. It has yet to ship and I haven't heard anything about my order. I called customer service to no answer, sent an email to no response and inquired on my Facebook receipt to no response.

Let me just tell you how amazing LJ customer service is. We all know buying from a super crazy sale can mean delays! I bought several outfits for a trip to DisneyWorld, and these ladies sent out my order early so that I could have it in time after I had been waiting 4 weeks. They did next day air to ensure I'd have my goodies for the trip. What other company does this? I offered to pay multiple times when they declined. I don't understand why you would extend a sale when you don't have the inventory to back it up. I have 3 orders "unfulfilled" at this time..did get an email advising that two of the items were not available and a refund would be forthcoming. I dounderstand that the sale got away from you but you sure did have my money for these three weeks. You have really cute things but so sorry...not worth the aggravation. Is it possible for me to cancel the outstanding orders?
