I went there to have my remote programmed,all they wanted to do was sell me a new one, for $412.00 , said my old remote was locked for the factory, pretty much treated me like i was an idiot, left there went to the locksmith up the street had it programmed for $63.00,thats why I have a problem with dealership

Took our Rav 4 for service maintenance and the service advisor, Steve Bender, was excellent. He was by himself and did a great job handling everything efficiently.
Yes, they were fast, waiting area was nice and the folks explained everything thing the did. And washed my truck.
Lease price offer was WAY too high and they didnt even go back for another offer. Salesman told us we looked like an intelligent couple. Yep, we are. Drove to Greensburg and got the same car for $250+ less per month. Doug slapped our backs too much and was way too "fake" chummy. I wont drive Laurel for my life.
