Laurel Toyota is the only dealer I would ever go to for a vehicle purchase. I have dealt with them several times over the years and they are the very best people. From service and parts departments, to finance and secretarial staff and most of all the sales staff. One standout person is Joe Dodson. Recently purchase a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Scott Long at Laurel Auto Group. Completing a deal with the sales staff could not have been easier or more pleasant. From the first contact when I found the car to the last handshake when driving away, they were courteous, professional, HONEST, and responsive to my questions. Drove a very fair deal, communications were very fast, and the car was exactly as described, a RARITY when searching for a car on-line.
Joe Dodson is our sales person and did an amazing job! This was my sons first car and Joe treated him with respect, gave him safety tips, went over everything in the Car, gave him a tour of the dealership and even gave him a run down on what to do when bringing the car in for service. Rob was my salesman. He presented me with a decent original offer and was good with which to deal. I had first gone to Fiore Toyota in Altoona and was treated absolutely horribly. (I am a female.) Rob was neither condescending nor demeaning. He followed through on things he told me he would do. The staff are very nice. I have been there a few times with my truck and never had any problems with any thing. They treat you like they care about you. they are understanding and I will go back the next time I have a job for them to do.
