From service and parts departments, to finance and secretarial staff and most of all the sales staff. One standout person is Joe Dodson. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers get the very best treatment and his compassion and hard work show with every customer he deals with. Laurel Toyota is the very best!!!! Joe Dodson is our sales person and did an amazing job! This was my sons first car and Joe treated him with respect, gave him safety tips, went over everything in the Car, gave him a tour of the dealership and even gave him a run down on what to do when bringing the car in for service.
