Purchased a new Highlander for my wife from Laurel Toyota, via eBay. Scott did a great job making everything work smoothly as they are in PA and I'm in TX. He even found a great deal with a shipper. It would be worth your time to check with Scott before you make a purchase.
Scott is the man, from start to finish the process went great online. The deal I received and customer service that I was given has lead me to purchase again in the near future. He picked me up in my new truck right at the airport. Can’t ask for better service.

My salesman was Scott long. From the very start he came across as professional and friendly. All the questions that I had he answered without hesitation. His product knowledge concerning The Toyota Tundra truck that I was interested in was superior to any that I had previously talked with. I wish 0 stars were possible for a review. I wouldn’t let Laurel Auto Group rotate my tires, let alone buy another vehicle from them. Terrible customer service. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend! Buying experience was not bad because they want your business. But don’t expect them to do anything for you after the purchase. Apparently when your air conditioner doesn’t work in a $21,000 vehicle, it is from wear in tear on it. (Purchased December 2020, and never used the AC one time, until March).
