My husband and I went to LM Subaru on Thursday and we were helped by Matt. He is a great salesman without any pressure to buy. We told him what we wanted and he took us to the right one right away. We have bought 4 vehicles from LM Sundance Dodge and we were treated very well there, too. This is the first Subaru we have ever had and right now, it is acting great. My negative experience with the LHM Subaru office was almost enough to turn me against purchasing through any other LHM dealership. Very unprofessional! Luckily LHM Honda was still able to turn it around, but my experience with the Subaru dealership nearly kept me from even speaking with them when they called. Thank your friends at the Honda dealership, at least they know how to treat people!
Thank you to the service department for being so pleasant today when I was there on behalf of a customer of mine. While waiting for my customer who never did show I accidentally drained my battery and they made sure I got it jump started and on the road again.
