RecommendedMy Forester had a check engine light while passing through town in the evening on a cross-country road trip. I was able to book an appointment online and get in, diagnosed, a transmission repair, and back on the road in about 3 hours the next day. While I waited, everyone was friendly and making sure I was updated on exactly what was happening with my car, and comfortable in the waiting area. Best part — I was traveling with my pup, who was kept entertained by all the nice people she met! Thanks Wackerli crew!

RecommendedYes everyone was so very helpful and courteous. This was my first new car in a while so a lot of new bells & whistles I’m not used to. So Pam the sales representative went over everything and it was all covered. Then I had my recent Encore appointment with Tiffany and she answered any ?’s I had. So all and all my experience was really good and will be going back when my lease is up.

Judging by the content of many of the reviews here, I’m reluctant to write one of this nature. My experience with Austin Subaru was in stark contrast to most of the others. I found them through an Ad on cars.com. It was for an older Nissan Rogue that appeared, from the professionally done pictures, to be in really good shape.
