This is the third vehicle we have purchased at Larry Miller Subaru. That says it all!
Not only was everyone very pleasant but the job of putting in a replacement 'module', expected to take 3 hours, was done in 45 minutes! Thank you Team Subaru!

The staff is very friendly, does not pressure you, and makes sure all of your questions are answered. Our salesman, Kyle Adams, is a very low pressure salesman and filled us in on how all of the technology worked on our new Subaru. He scheduled an appointment to install our tow package and included a loaner car (a BRAND NEW loaner car) so we don't have to wait for the work to be done. Merle Mason epitomizes the very definition of customer service even if our transaction took quite a lot longer than i had wanted or expected.
We went looking to buy a Tahoe. What a waste of time. The lady didn't know what she was doing. Had us waiting forever trying to find a Tahoe. She takes us outside to see a Tahoe and it wasn't even a Tahoe. We had to tell her it wasn't. After wasting a couple of hours we left very irritated. Now they won't stop sending us junk in the mail. We've even called and asked them to stop but it's still coming weekly. Will NEVER buy from Larry H. Miller.
