Great experience. The salesman we had been working with could not be there on the one day we could, but KJ took good care of us and assured us that Nathan was ok with it. I like the the "No haggle" experience. Now as soon as I figure out how to use all the new "bells and whistles" things will be great. Of course I know I only need to call or drop by if I get stuck.
Had a great experience buying a new Outback at Larry Miller Subaru this past weekend. All the staff was very friendly and there was no baloney, just a straightforward deal. I was also much quicker than my last purchase at another dealership Not more than three hours as opposed to all day. I highly recommend!
They apparently are so hard up for revenue that they will take advantage of a working mom to sale a fricking tire.
With sales consultant Lynn Sparhawk assisting us, purchasing a new car was fun and time efficient. Lynn helped us every step of the way and made recommendations on various features that we appreciated. He kept us posted on our Outback delivery........and couldn't have been more accommodating. Our experience with the folks in the Service Department is the best. What nice people everywhere - and smiling. We'll do it again!
