Great Service...Took care of my concerns immediately
I had a covid nightmare experience in Morries Minnetonka today. It took 2 hours to buy a car—without financing. Process is so antiquated with ppl passing papers back and forth. Customers held hostage in a super-spreader environment. Salesperson kept violating my 6’ perimeter. His coworker in the next cubicle sat with his mask off. It was the most inefficient and antiquated process I’ve experienced—especially during a pandemic. Would, think when you spend $37,000, you’d feel safe ... maybe even pampered. I would recommend Hanania Subaru if Orange Park on customer service alone. I had my Subaru serviced there a couple of years ago and I was just blown away by there customer service. Anything I needed for the car they explained it and the overall atmosphere was great. This time around I was surprised when the service rep gave me a history/run (paperwork) on my car. Little things like that makes dishing out that cash a little more easier.
