I was so impressed by the service I received at LHM Subaru Boise. I'm a mom of 3 little ones and getting the car to the shop is always an endeavor. I'm used to people watching me awkwardly as I wrangle my kids out of the car, around the service desk, and out the door. Not so here. I'd come in for a recall service check, which was a free service. I'm not happy with their parts department. I order a Subaru V-belt online last Friday 3/21/2017. I get an email on Monday 3/24/2017 stating that they received the part (didn't tell me the part wasn't in stock) and it was going out the same day. I was a little concerned because I had scheduled this coming Saturday to install the belt. I called parts and told them I needed the part by Friday at the latest. One of the easiest and greatest experiences I have ever had when buying a car. We asked questions back and forth well over a week. By the time it came to purchase the paperwork was ready, the trade was accepted and now a proud owner of a Subaru Outback. Thanks Christian, JJ and Marnie.
