I visited this dealership about 10 years ago and I had a terrible experience. The salesperson had no idea what he was selling and I had a high-pressure sales pitch from a manager. I was hesitant about contacting them again. My experience was totally different this time. I submitted an internet request and I was contacted promptly. Dylan arranged for the test driving of two cars that I was interested in purchasing. He knows the cars and was able to share his knowledge about both cars. The Subaru dealership in Austin has been extremely helpful to us. My radio stopped working and needs to be replaced. I called the headquarters and they made a deal with the dealership to replace the entire unit and my out pocket payment is a sweet deal. My husband was initially reluctant to buy a Subaru but after reading the quality of the cars they sell and the excellent customer services we have received for the past 6 years we will loyal customers to the end. We are now a Subaru family.
