The service crew was great by letting me know the work that was done, what needed to be done as well as done in a timely manner. The kept me in the loop the entire time. They had excellent customer service not only by Matt but his co-workers around him.
The customer service at LM Subaru in Boise is second to none! Matt Hefner is spectacular re: helping rectify customer vehicle issues. I can't say enough positive about the way I was treated and my problem resolved. This dealership consistently provides service that is profoundly above average. I highly recommend them for your EVERY vehicle need - and when you are ready to purchase a new or used vehicle. They will stand behind you like no one else.
As a former employee I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business here. The salesmen are great but the management is terrible. From how they treat their employees to how the conduct business. All they care about is the all mighty dollar and they treat their fellow employees as less. Horrible working environment, do not work here or do business.
