I purchased my Subaru a little over a year ago and love my car. I hadn't previously had any major issues but I took my car in for service today and was incredibly surprised and disappointed to see numerous staff not wearing masks properly (some didn't have one on at all, some had it completely off their face just underneath their chin). The customer service has always been great but the blatant disregard for safety and social distancing was surprising considering both are very easy to abide by.
