Jacob was amazing! I went in not knowing why my car wouldn't start and they made sure to take care of me. Not only did they get the car fixed Jacob went above and beyond the job title. He was willing to help us in every way possible. This was the best customer service I have received going to a shop. I will always recommend Larry h. Miller because of the excellence they produce.
Worst Subaru dealership ever!!!!! My car has been there for weeks being worked on and I never get any status updates. I work in customer service so I know that this is the worst customer service ever!!! I have to call all the time to see what the status is. I was told it would be done a week ago and now it won't be done until Monday. Would rather spend the extra money to go to BK Industries then to ever take my WRX here again.
The service was good and I was welcomed by the prepared service team. It was great to have a loaner car so no waiting for 4 hours in the lobby
Great experience purchasing a car.Stacy was great and followed up with us to make sure the car does what we need it to. Finance brought our payment down to less than we were quoted.
