Even though there were some issues caused by the company that issued my extended warranty, Larry H Miller Subaru went ahead and fixed my car and got me out the door while handling that issue after I was already sent off a happy customer.

Everyone was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. My Forester had not received serious service for 3 years, so I anticipated big problems. However, there were only a few problems, which were explained to me kindly and patiently, without condescension, and all were fixed in 1 day. I can now drive around without worrying about any mechanical failures. Thank you very much!
Had a problem. Just drove in. Once there the service rep diagnosed the problem before doing any paper work. I could have left, but since I was there I asked how many miles I was away from our next preventive-maintnance, lube job. He looked it up. It was only a few humdred miles, so I decided to have them do the work now. 45 minutes and a cup of coffee later I was back on my way home. Good folks! Good service!
