I just bought my 3rd Subaru from this dealership (my husband has a 2019 Impresario, my 2016 Outback will be going to my 16 y old daughter, and I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Ascent Limited). Adrianna Neff was my salesperson. She was fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just an all around pleasure to deal with. went in for an oil change and new wiper blades. waited almost an hour (not upset about wait time) get in my car and get more than halfway home only to notice my wiper blades look like they were made to fit on a semi truck. I immediately turned around and went back, they apologized and replaced the wipers and said I'd get 10 percent off my next service. I'm a little concerned with who they have working on these expensive cars.....really hope the person who put the wrong wiper blades on my wrx wasn't the same person to change ... read more
