The car buying process was painless but their service dept is slower than slow. After making an appt and being told 45 minutes for an oil change, I've been sitting here for two hours.
I came for the express oil change and I received great service. Prompt and courteous with explanation of what was done. Have been pleased with their service for years. My only disappointment is the oil change/tire rotation bundle was not offered like it was in the past. Before, if you purchase 3, you get the 4th free. Now, I only got 3 for $90.00. It used to be $75.00. I can see the increase but they should still offer the 4th free one.
Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to the Subaru team at Larry H. Miller Boise. Very smooth process of purchasing a 2018 Impreza Sport. Had an idea of what I wanted but Kyle Boline helped me narrow it down and took the time to meet my needs and get me into this new car! Ron also helped by finishing up the paperwork and getting me on my way. Thanks guys!
