I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased my 2020 Forester last June in Washington state. This is my second Forester. The last one I had for 10 years and maintained it perfectly, every 30k major fluids changed, 120k timing belt, water pump, fluids and drive belts. ANYTHING that came up with my car I fixed it right away and at the dealership. So WHY tell you all this? Because this dealership is all about the bait and switch. I would recommend the sales staff, Tiffany who explains all the features of your new Subaru, and the service department. However, I am very unhappy that I was told I would get $50 if I recommended this dealer to someone and they bought a car. I did that, they bought a car and guess what? I’ve been trying to get my $50 for the last 5 months. Don’t offer an incentive, if you won’t honor it!!! Won’t recommend this dealership to others in the future.

No appt. just drive thr inside the service dept. I was greeting by one of your service worker..he was very nice. He listen what need to be done to my 2019 Outback Subaru ... I get mail from Subaru to bring in my car for inspection. They took care of it all. They also check the oil and all the neccessary needs for my car to be sure everything in good order before I can go on my trip. While waiting ,they have a fabulous coffee stand just like stArbuck but little and serve free drinks while waiting in a very nice big roomy area... read more
