Set an appointment for 9:30 am to get an estimate to fix the drivers side window and get an oil changed. Called a couple of times to check the status since it had been over 5 hours and no word, first time Travis was at lunch and would get a call back, hour later goes by and nothing. Love my Forester!! Staff all seem very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Didn’t feel high pressure. Got it’s first oil change. That went well they washed it up and the waiting room was great!! Lots and lots of plugins!👍🏼
Had a great experience purchasing our 2017 certified pre-owned Legacy. The was reduced by $2,000 after the vehicles sat on the lot for three months after we first look3d at the vehicle. I just wish they they offered free refreshments (cookies, popcorn, soda, etc) in their service area like other dealerships do.
Went in for regular service oil chang ect... had one service left on my contract so it only cost me $10. And change. Everything was handled in a friendly and timely manner as you would expect. We love our SubaruBack and have taken many a long road trip with it.
Everyone was super helpful and found me just the right vehicle! Quick and friendly service and called the next day to check up on how I liked the car so far!! They will be my first choice every time I buy a car! Thanks guys!!
We just bought two new Subaru’s and they are the greatest to deal with, our salesman Melvin McCune was so knowledgeable and attentive taking care of all the details what a gem. The service staff Matt Hefner and finance Brian Fouts were awesome too, these are our 4th and 5th Subaru’s and we love them.
Brought my 09 Forrester in for some warranty work and an oil change. The service department was super friendly, like always and my car was finished earlier than quoted! I purchased my car here and will purchase my next Subaru here.....if I decide to get that STI someday!
