This was my first time dealing with Larry Miller Subaru, and honestly an awesome experience. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic, especially Neil who made the entire process of purchasing my first Subaru a smooth process. I would highly recommend purchasing from this great car dealership if they have the car you are looking for.
Buying the car went well. Love the Forester. Got excited in the moment and bought all the bells and whistles that went along with it- extra warranty, VIP packages, extra protection etc. service after the sale has been horrible. There just seems to be a culture of "customers serve us" instead of customer service. Extremely disappointing. Wish we had bought from any other dealership. It would have been worth the drive.
These guys know what they are doing, down to Earth, no pressure. We are very happy with our vehicle!

Bought a 2018 Outback on March 3rd... Best vehicle I have ever owned. I especially like when my wife lets me drive it. Today we received a huge tin container full of cookies from Subaru... dude what... how'd you know I was getting ready for next winter? Seriously though, I never considered a Subaru until I test drove one... it's just awesome! Thanks for your help Troy.
Melvin, Sam and Lee were Awesome! They all seemed experienced and fair in pricing. We never felt we were getting screwed or taken advantage of. They coordinated their efforts so we got excellent service. They had the car we wanted in stock and gave a thorough explanation of all the car's features. We look forward to future contact, as this is our 3rd Subaru.
