We purchased a new Forester through the Costco program. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy. He was very informed about Subarus and answered all of our questions. He also was very responsive to our calls and visits. It was a very good experience and I will definitely recommend him and the dealership.
We were really happy with this Subaru dealership. Our salesmen was Neil Bryant, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all Subaru. We were really impressed, he answered all our questions and told us a lot of information about the new car we were buying. He even bought my husband a hat and me a keychain. I'm sure I'll be loving my new car and would defiantly come back to this dealership and will recommend Neil as a salesmen to anyone I know looking for a Subaru.
My wife and I just purchased a Subaru Outback from LHM and had a great experience! All the staff were very friendly and professional. Our salesman was KJ and he did a great in finding the exact car we were looking for. He was a pleasure to work with. Came in due to recall notice I received and seeing as they did not appear terribly busy decided to have the oil changed. I'm still here with two small children and hour and a half later. When I went to inquire when I might expect my car back I was directed to an outside attendant who directed me back to the one I had originally gone to. He was supposed to go over additional recall info but he had no additional information. When I politely informed him I've been here for over an hour he replied "that can happen".
