I called for an estimate on repair for my outback and was quoted 6 hours more than any other place to replace a door inside the heater box. the service advisor told me it was at least $1200 in labor while multiple other shops quoted 3.6- 4 hours plus parts... I get the dealer is more expensive but I felt like they just blew me out because they didn't want to work on a 2005

I just bought a new Subaru Outback at Larry Miller Subaru. I've always wanted one, mainly because of the safety rating. My salesman, Sergio, was awesome. I was expecting to be pressured and didn't feel that at all. The experience was very comfortable and Sergio was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The staff were friendly, helpful, and also very knowledgeable. I finally got my dream car and I love it! Thank-you for an outstanding experience and I highly recommend this dealership!
Having an appointment was great. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. They told me my options and they recognize that the issues with the car were recurring and that they were responsible for the cost.
