10:30 am appointment for a simple oil change. Over an hour and my car is still just sitting in the parking lot. I got my keys and left. Love my Subaru but the service department there is not organized at all. On top of that there was one car waiting to check in in front of me. Two others pull in behind me by 10 minutes and they got checked in first. What’s the point of having an appointment?
Lew Russo at Matthew's Subaru is the man! Great service, friendly attitude, and very knowledgeable. I've purchased two Subura Ascent's from him and I highly recommend his sales experience.

I have never had a car buying experience like this. No pressure no million emails or calls just a hassle free HONEST relatively pain free experience. Erick Voss has to be the mellowest sales person ever. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I went on my brothers recommendation (he’s the proud owner of 2 outback’s ) I was so glad I did. You'd think a dealership of all people would know how to do a simple oil change. However, this wasn't the case at the Bob Rohrman Subaru of Fort Wayne. Went in for a simple oil change and to look into a squeaky clutch on a 2018 WRX. I didn't expect it to take 3 hours. When I look to see what was taking so long I was greeted with about 1-2 quarts of oil on the shop floor in a trail behind the car. When we talked to the man at the desk he said there was a small leak due to one of the techs failing to notice the old gasket stil... read more

Bob worked hard for a few days working on the numbers. Jason showed me some tricks that the car is capable of. Charles treated me with respect and was an exemplary manager.
