The best service area Ever! This is a company that is far and above any dealership in the Jax area! Denise B is one of the service managers and she does a stellar job! Above and beyond seems to her mantra and the entire staff. Never been treated so well other than Apple! It an amazing dealership if this is the business that Jack Hanania runs then I would say that any of his dealership should replicate the wonderful experience I ALWAYS HAVE at Subaru of Orange Park! Denise B you are a rock star!
Dillon's is a great guy. it is the service department. you get a recall and it tells you 40 minutes to get done...they tell you no way..it will be longer 1 1/2 hours...it would be nice to get a loaner to do some shopping...they will take you and drop off.

***STAY AWAY & GO ANYWHERE ELSE**** Adam was misleading & ABSOLUTELY disrespectful!!! He quoted me one price then when it was time to purchase it, he bumped it up $7,000. When I decided not to move forward, he called me ignorant & told me the previous sales consultant I was working with is a dumbas$. You will thank me later!!!
