I came here after a bad experience at another dealership in the Treasure Valley and a recommendation by a friend. Neil Bryant was great! No pressure and they were up front with me the whole way. Excellent service and very polite and attention to requests.
Took my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in to get regularly maintenance and to get an open recall taken care of (it had to do with reprogramming the radio and electronic display). All the work was done quickly (even though I was late to my appointment) and I got a car wash to boot!
To buy a car, “yes”, to repair a Subaru, “no”. I was in for a simple oil change. I was there a little over an hour before they even started work on my car. Seems like ever time I have taken me car in for service, there has been a problem.
My husband and I had a great experience shopping at Larry Miller Subaru. We have always been Subaru people but our most recent purchase of the Subaru Ascent has solidified our love for Subaru even more. Thank you Kent! We also really appreciated the gentleman who helped us with the finance portion of our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our decision making process.
Kyle has been the best! Contacting me with updates on when my vehicle would arrive, answering all my questions. He knows his stuff and is so great to work with- the process was quick, super smooth and now I’m on the road with my new Subaru! Cody and Cody were very helpful and informative- they gave me so many options and really have their customer’s best interest in mind. Overall the best experience- I won’t go anywhere else.
