Customer service is poor. They lie to your face
New Car Purchase: Working with Kyle Boline (Sales Person) was great! He was knowledgeable about the different Subaru's we were interested in and gave honesty opinions about them and other makes and models. He was also nice enough to let us bother him after hours. Working with Dustin Archer (Finance Manager) was also great. He is very friendly and personable. He presented options and let us make the decisions, no pressure sales.
Traded our Escape for a Tacoma we found on their lot. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyle Boline. He helped us get a fair and honest deal. It was a busy weekend day and Subaru was slammed with business. There was a wait for Finance, however Kyle kept checking on us to make sure we were happy and doing Ok. Worst place ever. Made an appointment to have my recalled airbag replaced, and after driving out there and waiting for 30 minutes, they informed me that they ran out of replacement airbags. Wasted more than an hour and 20 miles return trip. How hard would it have been to call me to reschedule??? Especially after they called, texted and emailed me yesterday to reconfirm the appointment!
They do great work are always on time and honest.
