I brought my forester in for an oil change and when they were done they called me up to get my keys and proceeded to tell me that there is a leak in the gasket to my transmission and asked me when I might be able to come back to get it fixed. I said umm I’m here today and they said oh it can wait until you come back next time. What happened to coming out to let you know what fixes your vehicle needs while it’s with the mechanic?
