I had a recall on my outback and Larry Miller Subaru gave me a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait. There is a dealer much closer but have never been treated near as well. We purchased a used Subaru and brought it to Larry Miller Subaru to have the active recalls fixed. During the process the car was found to need new rear struts. The car remained under the 36K bumper to bumper warranty. The service department claimed the warranty would not cover the repairs and said the car looked “ abused.” The car is in great condition, no dents, no scratches, frame is not bent and definitely not abused. All of the people I met were kind and helpful. My final salesperson was Kyle Boline, and he did a great job finding me a car that fit all of my requirements.
