This our first Subaru and we were fortunate to walk in and be greeted by Dillon Affatato who led us through getting acquainted with the Subaru Forrester. He patiently explained its operation and safety features. He gave us time to consider it with no pressure. When we came back ready to buy he then led us through the paperwork process. We are pleased so far with Matthews, very pleased with Dillon, and loving our Subaru.

Today was my second visit to the service department at Haddad Subaru. I spoke with Coral to schedule my appointment, her service was exceptional. I had some questions and she was able to get the answers for me. I brought my vehicle in and was promptly greeted by Mark, he too was great! He greeted me with a smile, did a complete walk around on my vehicle and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Haddad Subaru for service.

If you want to buy new with a warranty, I’d maybe think about going to Chilson, but pre owned, turn around and run. I bought a truck from them and less than a month later it needed thousands in repairs. And to “make it right” they took the truck and replaced something that wasn’t even related to the issue! Now here I am after hesitating for months to post this review with a current balance of almost $3,000 in parts that I’ve had to put into the truck and it still needing thousands more. Two years ago I purchased my 1st Ascent through Gillman Subaru with Al Stevens and this month, I again, traveled up to San Antonio to purchase my 2nd Ascent with Al.
