DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!!! Shotty ass business they are running there! My husband and I were in the middle of negotiating a deal last night and another sales guy came and took the keys, had 2 old ladies test drive it and sold it out from underneath us! What kind of place does that??? Oh yeah.... Ones with absolutely no work ethic! I absolutely refuse to ever shop at an LHM dealership again! Word of mouth is huge and you guys have royally screwed yourself! I promise to let everybody know the shit storm of a business you have!
Approved for a grand Cherokee was in the middle of negotiating and minutes away from signing the contract. Then another sales man took the keys and test drove it with an old lady. When we weren't looking. Then told us she was willing to pay sticker and the deal was off. I will never ever deal with LHM dealerships again. Beware these guys are dirty!
Worst experience ever. I called to ask about replacing my 3rd brake light on my Chrysler Pacifica. I already had the part so I was quoted $35 for labor and made an appointment. After waiting 20 minutes I was called to the service department. I was told tbe labor was not going to be $35 as quoted but $105 because the spoiler had to come off, which I already knew and was the reason I took it to the dealership, I was ok with paying the extra labor cost, but then he told me they were 80% sure they were going to crack or break th... read more

This is the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Bought a truck from them and they snuck in the cost of my sunroof they said they'd give me for free, and also got grease on the head liner while installing it, they scratched, dented and spilled oil over my truck on its 1st oil change. They promised me 1 year free maintenance but when I went to get my fuel filters changed they said they couldn't give them to me because it's not a part of the free maintenance. DO not buy a vehicle from Larry H. Miller in Tucson Arizona. Defiantly from Larry Watts he a liar, he's rude and they do not stand behind their word. I would like to know who the owner is on 7800 and Pantano. Also Toby in Sandy Springs is a liar she said she would help me with my issues and she did not. They switched vehicles on me and gave me a lemon. I already file a complaint with the Attorney's General my next step is I'm going to the local news.
