Alex Anguiano helped me and actually found a better truck for me than the ones I told him I wanted to see. I usually hate buying cars because salesmen are annoying, they don't listen, and they don't shut up. Alex was very happy and helpful and actually asked me questions about what I wanted instead of talking my ear off. I believe that selling is about service and helping the client, not harassing them and pushing them to buy. Thanks Alex

Update: I just went in the get my first oil change in my second year of ownership and found out that my salesman (Perry) told me that I was getting 5 years of oil changes when I was actually getting 1 year. Not sure if that was on purpose or not. But the finance manager Dustin honored the deal and made it right! So I will get my 5 years of oil changes. So happy with my experience here!! Got what I wanted on the wish list. Made the process painless, since I had previously purchased two vehicles from LHM. I have all my vehicles serviced at LHM. Always been up front, straight forward and honest, as well as doing great work.

I'm giving the dealership 5 stars based entirely on the superb experience at the service department this is 100% down to Everett.
