I had a good experience, the salesmen (John and Sol) were attentive and personal. We found a Ram that fit our needs and I thought the price was fair. We are still working with them to eliminate the smoking smell in the truck and expect that will work out to our satisfaction. We were not pressured into the sale and was allowed to take the truck for a couple of days to insure we liked it, When we picked it up it was shined up real nice and additional equipment installed was a plus. I went in tonight looking to test drive a few vehicles and was met by a salesman in Sandy named Noah or Noa. I was clear about which ones I wanted to drive—a grand Cherokee and a four door wrangler. I guess I look young for my age and I had the day off of work so I was dressed very casually. He was belittling and condescending. Bought a brand new Chrysler 200 initially from Ken Garff and had nothing but transmission problems, corporate referred us to this dealership. Horrible customer service......... They finally put in a new transmission per the order of Chrysler corporate because they could not find the issue. After it was complete we drove it off the dealership hoping...... Had an oil change. A few days later I pulled out of my garage to find a huge oil spill (probably 4 feet wide). If course it went under my tires so there were oil stains clear down my driveway. I went back to the dealership and was pretty upset. * update- Completely irate with this company! They called back today after we had signed the paperwork and said they gave us to much for my trade in and that they want $1500! Are you kidding me???!!!
