Brought my 2009 Dodge Ram diesel in for an air bag recall and transmission service. I had made an appointment and they were waiting for me when I arrived. Everything went smoothly and all work was completed on schedule. Service personnel were courteous and very helpful. I have had LHM service department perform service and maintenance on my truck since I bought it in 2009. Very happy with their service. They have always been great!

We came to investigate the new Jeep Patriot. It was time to replace our older SUV. The model we were shown totally matched our interest. Our salesman Adam worked up a quote and with some negotiating we couldn't see why not make the deal. We did so and drove home with a beautiful new Jeep!

Couldn't be happier with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee ! Brad Malmgren & Jon Parker took great care of us. Can I just say...loved buying our Charger and Challenger here...great sales! But can I now say that the recalls are killing us!! The driver side airbag was finally fixed and then we get ANOTHER recall for the passenger airbag...of which we haven't had the pleasure of getting that fixed yet...The Charger has not been driven now for almost a year...Meanwhile...the Challenger had a timing chain recall three months ago... Chrysler only sends 2 timing chains a week (we were told today) and we are #35 in line at this point. Really... read more

We were realistic in what we needed to pay. But we were not prepared for the quality of the vehicles and the upgrades that were on it. We walked away with a Jeep Rubicon American Expeditions special which blew us away! Our Salesmen Brad Malmgren didn't waste our time, nor did he play the games we were anticipating. He was straightforward and we quickly reached a deal. Exactly how I preferred it to be. Great job'

Pleasant Surprise! I took my Compass in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. For some reason, I had an unexpected free one! Yay! ...They had it completed in the time they stated, and didn't try to sell me the parts store or service department.
