Several bad experiences with this dealership. Bought a 2008 dodge ram with bad breaks and wore out ball joints all they could tell me was it wasn't there problem and couldn't help me and then last year we bought a brand new 2014 jeep grand cherokee. Only had it for a year and we used it for our first vacation to disneyland and to go to the redwoods amd the car got stuck in 7th gear and dash lights shutdown the dealer in California said it was a shifting update and sent us on our way and then half way back to utah it did it a... read more

In September 2015, I purchased a Ram 2500 Diesel from LHM Dodge in Sandy, Utah. At 300 miles, the vehicle had a major mechanical failure (I understand the truck was missing a part in the transmission and another part was not seated correctly). I have never had such a bad experience with pushy sales people and horrible service dept.... Stay away if you value sanity

Hello. I visited your dealership with my husband and our young son on Saturday, July 25. The sales person who approached us and ultimately began "assisting" us was Muhammad Salman. My husband and I were treated with such disrespect by this individual. Muhammad Salman was rude, 100% unprofessional and was the reason we LEFT the dealership.
