Do not buy from this place. I bought a brand new 2014 grand Cherokee limited diesel engine in February they were all helpful then trying to make me a good deal the entire time knowing they have been having trouble with the engines. Needed more cargo space for my kids stuff, so I went back to trade in my 2012 Journey. I have to say John Durfey is the best there is! Sid and he got me into a brand new Caravan, eating up the negative equity I had. I then decided to trade in my old suburban to surprise my husband with a new car. One of their technicians cracked my windshield putting the oil change sticker on. Service department refused to acknowledge it had happened. Will NEVER do business with them again, prepaid oil changes or not. Horrible customer service!!
