Great place to live! This is my first experience living in an apartment and I absolutely love living here! All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. I think it's great when you have a package delivered they take it to the office and keep it in a locked closet until you are ready to come pick it up. Unlike the reviewer below, I have never had a rude encounter going into the office and asking Elaine or anyone else for the key. Awesome place to live I have lived here for 2 years and getting ready to sign a third lease. They keep the property in maculate and the staff is wonderful to work with. There are many move in specials. I love the lake and the walking path around it. Overall I give it a 5-star rating and I've lived in a lot of apartments this is probably the best
Pro? The Lake. This place is such a joke I wish I never set foot in this complex. For 2 solid weeks the fire fighters were called almost everyday. Dumb alarm would go off and it was so annoying to the point where I wouldn’t even leave my apartment when it did. Everything is done cheap, maintenance is S L O W, very unprofessional and rude. I’ve had a light over on the kitchen ceiling fall TWICE and ONCE ON MY HEAD. Any order i’ve put in for them to fix, it takes months if you don’t hound them about it. Comfortable Living Lakota Lake has made the transition from student to adulthood extremely easy. Between their friendly community, great location, and affordable prices, Lakota Lake is a great place to live!
Wonderful place This is awesome place to live. The staff are very friendly and they make sure everything is good with the apartment before you move in. The property is clean and well kept up. I like the fact that there are multiple place to through away your trash.
So far so good I have lived here for 2 months, have not had any major issues. It is in a great location and is very spacious.
Awful place to live. Choose somewhere else. Stay away...far far away. Any good review you read is because they will give you $25 gift card to write one. Every good thing you read is a lie. Pool is nasty with food and trash in it. Office does nothing about loud neighbors. Don’t live below anyone. You will hear every step they take and those that walk heavy will sound like they are going to fall through the ceiling and land in your apartment.
