My tour was great I went to Lakota lake to tour and expected it to be like some of the other apartments I have visited. I was very surprised at the up-grades they have and all of the amenities they have.
A good place to be So with every apartment complex, it has its ups and downs. But overall, this place is comfortable, is a safe area, and the community is friendly. The staff are reasonable and helpful, friendly as well. The location is also convenient, being near some neat food outings and a Walmart is right across the street. It's a nice place to live if you've got the money. And the lake here is beautiful, a good place to walk and relax.
Very Nice We really have enjoyed living here. the staff has always been really friendly. we have had a few maintenance issues, however the buildings are a little older so we expect it. the issues are fixed quickly though.
Cool place to live I just moved here and already couldn't love it more. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. When you make a maintenance request they have someone out there to fix it within 24 hours. The laundry prices are a little high. The swimming pool looks to be a nice size. For what you pay in rent everything is decent. The lake has several fitness stations around it which I find very useful. It's very convenient to interstate 75.
Great Staff, Great Location! I recently toured this apartment complex. I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how well put together the apartments. I absolutely loved the upgrades and the location is unbeatable! Definitely the best value in West Chester.
nice place we love the pool! we go every day in the summer and they keep it open late in the season. nice employees and neighbors.
Great place to live! Such a friendly and professional staff. The apartments are very reasonably priced and my kitchen is beautifully remodeled. Love it here!
Great Location and Gorgeous Lake This is my 2nd time renting at this complex. It certainly has it's shortcomings in some areas such as hallway cleanliness and an occasional goose invasion. For the most part, it's a nice place to live. EXTREMELY convenient location! It's right off I-75 and Walmart is right across the street. The office staff are pleasant. ELAINE is a real gem. Maintenance We had an issue with our fridge. it had stopped working and when we called the staff was very friendly. Cody and another maintenance worker came out to look at it right away and within the same day they had it fixed. we were worried about our food going bad and losing it but they got to the problem quick enough.
