Affordable, no complaints We've been living here for 3 years now. We have no complaints and recently signed on for another year. The most important thing for me is safety, and I have never felt unsafe. Neighbors are nice.The lake always has families playing, fishing, walking, making a great environment. Excellent I have been very happy living here, it's close to everything. Very kid and pet friendly and the maintenance people are wonderful. The office ladies are great too!
Great Staff The staff here were so helpful in getting me moved in at a moment's notice. There was a delay due to an all-paper system, and it seems the integration of credit cards and debit cards could possibly be improved, but there was a really kind team waiting to get me set up as soon as I arrived!

Best Value in West Chester I would say this complex has one of the best values in West Chester! It can be an expensive area to live in, but their prices are awesome for everything that you get. Their apartments are very nice with all of the upgrades as well.
Nice place. I got this apartment for my dad. He really likes living here and maintenance has been great!
Former resident As a former resident I enjoyed living at Lakota Lake. I love to fish , so that was the best part for me
Nice place to live My husband and I house hunting and though it will be nice to have our own space, we have loved renting here and will miss it. We have lived here for a long time and have go through different management but Towne has been the best by far. the office and maintenance really take care of us here.
