Close to everything. I have lived here for 6 years. I love it here. Staff is great and I really like my neighbors. My favorite is my view of the lake. So close to highway and every thing you could want.
New Resident Great Apartment, Close to Work, Lots of different restaurants and stores within miles of the apartment complex. Safe neighborhood. Very Active community, people are friendly. The living space is spacious besides the kitchen. Gym-Grocery-Food-Gas Station all within a block
3 Years It's quiet enough and exclusive from the chaos. Good neighbors and a great lake to walk around.
Very clean apartment complex!! Nice clean apartment complex. Great Staff and Great People to be around! I have friends that live here that love it! Everytime I visit, everyone is very nice and I might move here by the end of the year. I recommend if anyone is looking for a one or two bedroom apartment in West Chester
Very nice & Safe My wife and I moved to Lakota Lake just a few weeks ago and we love it. Overall it's a very nice and safe place to live. The lake is beautiful and is perfect for walks. The leasing office staff and maintenance are all very nice. There is one issue that hasn't been resolved since we moved in, hence the 4 stars, however, they are diligently working on resolving this issue for us. The kitchen is very small as well, which is a hassle for cooking & storage.
Beautiful Park Setting I love my view of the lake. I have lived here about 8 months the staff is always helpful and any concerns or issues I have are resolved quickly. I enjoy my apartment and convenience of the area, stores, restaurants etc. I would recommend living here.
New Resident My fiancé and I just moved in a week ago, and so far it’s been a great experience! Starting from the first tour, all the staff has been very friendly and have gone above and beyond to ensure that we were all set and had everything we needed to get up and going. These apartments are definitely the best value when it comes to space, an engaging community and a safe, convenient location!
