Fantastic Maintenance!!!! Moved here 2 months ago, yesterday my AC unit went bad.... Called Maintenance and within 3 hours they replaced it!!!! I highly recommend Lakota Lake Apt.!!
Good place to live Been here 2 years, and we're planning on a third. It's quiet and clean in my building, F, and we've never had any issue with the office workers, or maintenance.
I like living here I have been here almost 4 months & really like it. They take good care of the property & are always cleaning/updating something (such as painting doors). Most of the staff is very nice/friendly. Having a laundry room in the building is very nice & it is always clean. The money card pay system for the laundry is a great idea & a very helpful thing. The Lake is Beautiful of course & has a walking path.
Excellent I moved in a year ago and just renewed phenomenal group of people to be apart of. Also it’s right of the expressway!!
Great place to live! This place feels very homey! It has lots of unique features to it and plenty of activities to do right outside your doorstep. My favorite features being the dog park and lake path beautiful view. The people working here are very friendly as well.
Great Place to Live I have lived at Lakota Lakes over a year now. I really enjoy being here. The apartment has been great along with the staff. They are always very helpful. I love the lake view as well. The location is very convenient for restaurants, stores, etc.
Nice Community I like this community in West Chester because you are close to the city but with the scenery of the lake and trails, it is like you are somewhere else. On top of the great view, you get lots of amenities when you live here like a pool, clubhouse to work out in, playground, and pet park! I really think its the best you can find in West Chester.
Good place I have used the club house for several events. The people who work there are very friendly and easy to work with, with the lake it makes it a very nice place to take pictures. Being right next to highway and Walmart makes it a desirable place to be.
Beautiful I recently took a tour of this apartment and the people were so friendly. The outdoor space was fantastic!
