Most affordable apartment This is an affordable apartment complex with a wonderful lake view. There is a soccer field and a basketball court, good to live here with kids. The office workers are very kind and were very helpful. Got to see couple rooms and the rooms are beautiful and clean. The area is close to all the stores. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Great first impression Elaine was very friendly and informational during my tour this afternoon. She made sure all of my questions were answered. After viewing the unit it had been raining and she even went above and beyond to wipe off our seat on the golf cart. She is making the process of finding a new home a smooth one!!
Beautiful place The staff was very nice and friendly. Everyone was very helpful. The lake is beautiful and there are many wonderful amenities. The apartments seemed very quiet and clean. The property itself was very nice.

Beautiful place !! I went to Lakota Lakes & the office staff was friendly just like they were on the phone when I scheduled an appointment. They showed me around and the place was absolutely beautiful. Clean , well put together and organized. I highly recommend Lakota Lakes for people looking for amazing management and apartment plans .

Looks like a lovely place to live I viewed a variety of apartments and this one was the best in my price range. The staff was friendly and the apartment was clean and spacious for its size. I don't live there yet but hopefully it's as nice as it seemed when I was checking it out!
Wonderful experience! Such an amazing and helpful staff! Love the area, the apartments have been newly renovated and the neighborhood is very friendly. I initially when in for a studio apartment, but Gwen was able to show me a 1 bedroom that completely covers all my needs!
Awesome Very friendly staff. Well kept apartments close to shopping, restaurants and highway.
