Enjoyed my experience my husband and I just bought our first home but have lived here for the past 3 years. really enjoyed our time. the rent is high but not over priced for what we get out of it and especially for living in west chester. I will miss having the grass cut for us and a maintenance team that takes care of everything. thanks to the office staff for being so friendly!

Great staff. very helpful Very friendly staff and fast responding maintenance crew. Right off of I-75 with ample shopping and dining choices right across the street. Wonderful amenities, updated floor plans and many acres of beautiful green space. The perfect place to call “Home”.

Solid Value Lakota Lake is a very nice first apartment for new renters or a solid value that is very close to 75. I lived here a year and it was a very uneventful renting experience which is a good thing. There are a few things that you will encounter but is expected. The walls are a little thin and if you have a upstairs neighbor you will hear walking above you. This is the product of an older complex and you will get acclimated and will tune it out. Nice Their staff is very helpful and it's a really nice community. The pool is a plus and don't forget the catch and release fishing lake.
LOVE! Lakota Lake... While I was here, the complex went under new management and got completely renovated! The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are far beyond anything you will find anywhere else: dog park, swimming pool, community garden, community wifi lounge, exercise trail, and a priceless view of the lake. Additionally, all the staff here are are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Very Good Apartment Community I've been living here for 6 months, I knew that this was a great apartment complex! The amenities and community are fantastic, with an incredibly nice gym (with all equipment clean/maintained), beautiful pool area, office/hangout space and a movie theater.
