Average quality/price apartment I have been living in this Lakota Lake Apartment for one year and I just re-subbed my lease. Pros: Very good lake view, trail, pool, several play grounds, garden (for planting vegetables), soccer field, dog park. Cons: Old apartments (built in 60s), so don't expect you see everything in new condition. Wood floor, be ready to bear the noise from upstairs especially if they have kids running around. Super Staff Wonderful experience living here so far. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I live on the lake side and it is so nice waking up and looking out over the water in the morning with my coffee. Beautiful park like setting and super close to everything I need, just two turns to hit I-75 and I'm on my way to work, very nice, I had a horrible commute before I moved here. I really like the grill areas, all close to the lake and the athletic fields. I have been thinking abut getting a dog since they are pet friendly... read more
It is an apartment It is what it is. I pay them every month and I have a place to live. Sink breaks, they fix it. Thanks for the place to live.

Great Location I moved in 8 months ago, before selecting this place, I read a lot reviews and was a little afraid of how many negative ones there were. But when I drove around the area and met the staff, I felt at home. I must have gotten lucky, my one bedroom is a corner unit, no issues with noise or neighbors. The apartments are much older, but thus far I have not had any major problems. Staff is friendly and helpful with everything I have dealt with them so far on.

I like it here! I moved here from wisconsin six months ago and have not had any issues here . For my family what was important was safety, location, and cleanliness. The only thing that I would change is the predictability of what you are going to get. The price point is a bit higher than other places in the cincinnati area but I really would rather live here in a calm place than somewhere else where I fear for the safety of my family or my belongings. Love it here! I love this place. Great view of the lake and the ladies in the office are always super sweet and helpful. The maintenance men always come right away!!!
