This is my second vehicle purchase from Lakewood Ford and they have always treated me well. Kevin Allen was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I brought my focus in for a axle seal replacement left my car over night and didn’t get it till 5 the next drove off the lot and it was still making noise brought it back and it was a bent splash shield. And just now was looking at their work and found a bungee cable still on the car! Could’ve caused serious problems. Don’t go to Lakewood ford. Dave the service writer did his best but the mechanics failed.
RecommendedI bought a 2018 F150 Lariat this week from Pamela (I had to get one since by wife bought one last week from her too). She worked to find me what I wanted, the finance people were great, I received a reasonable trade in value for my 2015 F150, and I enjoyed the experience. We have been customers of Lakewood Ford since we moved here in 2006, the service is always outstanding, quick, and friendly.
Kevin Allen was very informative, friendly and helpful in helping us buy a used truck with our our trade-in. We drove from southern Oregon ( 8 hrs +) and he made it well worth the trip! Thank you, Kevin!

This dealership is amazing and has a huge selection of inventory for all price ranges! We bought a fantastic 2000 Ford F-250 for under 5k out the door! Jerry bent over backwards for us and even chased us down after my Dad dropped a 20$ bill out of his pocket! My family will never go anywhere else from now on!
I’ve only purchased my cars from Doreen. She is hands down the lady to go to! Everyone was very helpful and patient with my car shopping process. I would absolutely recommend.
The staff is great and they work with you! Only hiccup was someone entering info misentered something so it caused car registration problems. Other than that, it was a great experience.
went in for a appointment at 10am just to get a key and Fob. after 45 minutes I walk around back and find my truck seating with no one near it. ask the service guy what's up with my rig, says it's ready. 45 minutes later he says it's done. pay the bill and going looking for my truck. it's parked in the Used car area behind a big van. not washed and not at the service door. right on the service ticket says customer waiting! this is the second time I have been very unhappy and will never go back there!
